Blended Learning
Nowadays it has become common practice to use blended learning in language training. By using blended learning in our training we aim to support and complement the learning process by combining face-to-face teaching with the self-study element (internet based learning).
The benefits of blended learning are:
Greater flexibility: students can do their self-study at a time convenient to them
Consolidation: students are able to review and practise what they have learnt to ensure they have fully understood each new concept
Preparation: self-study allows students to be prepared and feel confident for the face-to-face classes with their teacher
Feedback: the Training Department of the company is able to access information on each student to see how they are progressing
